IFA is a division of Clientèle Life Assurance Company Limited. Clientèle Life Assurance Company Limited is a licensed life insurer and an authorised financial services provider, FSP no. 15268.

Life insurance policies are underwritten by Clientèle Life Assurance Company Limited. Premiums escalate by 10% and benefits escalate by 6%.

Non-life insurance policies are underwritten by Clientèle General Insurance Limited, a licensed non- life insurer and an authorised financial services provider, FSP no. 34655. Premiums and benefits escalate by 10%.

The IFA Perks programme and Clientele Royalty are provided by CBC Rewards (Pty) Limited. Clientèle Royalty is a loyalty benefit provided to all loyal clients at no additional cost.
